As air travel issues seem to become more and more common, Hong and many other Canadians are becoming increasingly frustrated. In order to navigate these issues, Hong has become a member of the Air Passenger Rights (Canada) Facebook page - A social media-based advocacy group which has over 100,000 members at the time of this recording.
